Add 2–4 tablespoons of Bath Tea Soak to a warm bath, either directly into the water or inside a reusable muslin tea bag. Allow the mineral salts and botanicals to infuse for a few minutes before stepping in.
Add 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea to your favourite tea infuser or teapot.
Pour over freshly boiled water and allow to steep for 3–5 minutes, or longer if you prefer a stronger infusion.
Enjoy warm or allow to cool and serve over ice where suitable.
