Solarity Co. welcomes applications from retail businesses that share our passion for quality, wellness and thoughtfully crafted products.

We welcome applications from gift shops, florists, homewares stores, boutiques, pharmacies, wellness businesses, salons, spas and other approved retail businesses.

We do not currently approve wholesale accounts for online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay or Etsy where products are resold without prior written approval.

All wholesale applications are reviewed individually and approval is at the discretion of Solarity Co.

To ensure our wholesale program remains sustainable, a minimum order value of AUD $150 (excluding shipping) applies to all wholesale orders.

Products can be mixed across our wholesale range to meet the minimum order value, unless otherwise stated.

Solarity Co. reserves the right to review and update minimum order requirements as our wholesale program grows.

Approved wholesale customers receive access to exclusive wholesale pricing through their wholesale account.

Prices displayed after logging in already include wholesale discounts. Retail prices remain visible to general customers.

Solarity Co. reserves the right to review pricing as required due to increases in material, packaging or freight costs. Customers will be notified of any pricing changes in advance where possible.

Once your wholesale application has been approved, you'll receive an email with instructions to activate your wholesale account.

After logging in, you'll be able to browse our wholesale catalogue, view wholesale pricing and place orders directly through our website.

All products displayed as in stock on our website are available for immediate purchase and are ready to ship.

If you require quantities greater than the available stock, or would like to discuss a custom or made-to-order order, please contact us before placing your order. We'll be happy to discuss availability, production timeframes and provide a tailored quote where required.

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order through our website.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards, PayPal and eligible Buy Now, Pay Later services.

As flexible payment options are available at checkout, Solarity Co. does not offer wholesale trading accounts or payment terms. All orders must be paid in full before they are processed and dispatched.

Wholesale orders are dispatched from our Queensland studio and are shipped throughout Australia.

Orders for products that are in stock are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

For large-volume or custom orders that require additional production time, we'll provide an estimated dispatch timeframe before your order is confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We take great care in packing every wholesale order. Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the affected products or packaging so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Solarity Co. will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or store credit where appropriate.

We encourage our stockists to promote Solarity Co. products through their retail stores and online channels.

Approved retailers are welcome to use product images and marketing materials supplied by Solarity Co. to promote our products.

Images and content must not be altered in a way that misrepresents our brand or products without prior written permission.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production or dispatch has commenced.

If there is an issue with your order, please refer to our Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items policy, and we'll work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Retailers are free to set their own selling prices for Solarity Co. products.

We provide a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) as a guide; however, stockists may determine their own retail pricing to suit their business.

If products are offered at a promotional or discounted price, we kindly ask that they are clearly advertised as being on sale or part of a promotional offer to avoid confusion and maintain the perceived value of the Solarity Co. brand.

The Solarity Co. name, logo, product names, photography and marketing materials remain the intellectual property of Solarity Co.

Approved stockists may use the images and marketing materials supplied by Solarity Co. to promote our products.

Our branding, product descriptions and images must not be altered, reproduced for other purposes or used in a way that may misrepresent the Solarity Co. brand without prior written permission.

Solarity Co. reserves the right to update wholesale pricing, product availability and these Wholesale Information & Terms at any time.

Approved stockists will be notified of any significant changes that may affect their wholesale account.

Continued use of a wholesale account following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
