Shipping Policy

Every order is carefully packed and dispatched from Queensland with the hope it brings a little comfort to your everyday rituals.

Processing Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.


Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers including Australia Post and Aramex. We select the most suitable carrier based on your delivery location to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Free Standard Shipping is available on Australian retail orders over $99.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to become active.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

While we do everything we can to dispatch your order promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, including weather events, carrier delays and peak shipping periods.


Peak Periods

During busy periods such as sales, product launches, public holidays and Christmas, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

We'll always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.


PO Boxes & Regional Areas

Orders being delivered to PO Boxes and some regional or remote locations may be shipped via Australia Post where required.
