Wherever you are located in Australia we are happy to ship directly to your door, and will do so in a time-efficient manner.
Most Retail orders are shipped within 48 / 72 hours where possible.
During Sale Periods and Peak seasons please allow for extra delays. ( Christmas, Valentines Day Etc )
Most Wholesale orders are shipped within 3-10 days.
Your order will be shipped with either, Aramex Couriers, Couriers Please and Australia Post.. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive tracking information to the email address you provide on your order. Once the order leaves us and is in the hands of the freight companies, the delivery times are outside our control.

Cancelation Fees
Any cancelled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
What items can be returned?
Solarity Co offer a full refund, given that the item you received is faulty/damaged.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please send us photographic evidence via email of all damages incurred within 24 hours of the item being received.
Please make sure the photos are clear and show all the damages. If your parcel arrives damaged and you are unable to send photographic evidence, we are unable to proceed with a claim and you will not be refunded or replaced.
If your parcel arrives and is missing items, please notify us via email within 3 days of receiving your order. With any missing items, our staff will need to assess the scan pack report and the weight of the item lodged with the courier service to assess the missing items and their weight. Claims outside of this 3-day period will be disregarded if our scan pack report and weights of items are correct.
What items can NOT be returned due to change of mind?
We do not accept returns on the following items,
- Fragrance Oils
- Mica Powder Colourants
- Soy Wax Melts and Candles
- Bath Bombs & Ready Made Products
Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your item must be returned using tracked postage at your own expense.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable from the original order.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
